Olivier Gimenez

Olivier Gimenez is a research director at the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research). After completing university studies in mathematics, he earned a PhD in statistical ecology and later obtained his habilitation to supervise research in ecology and evolution. He further broadened his training with an introduction to sociology. He has authored numerous scientific articles and co-authored books, including works that focus on Bayesian statistics.
