Vincent Martin

Vincent Martin is the Director of the Office of Innovation at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). He has devoted his career to transforming food systems and promoting scientific and innovative approaches to address the challenges of sustainable development. He wrote the foreword to this book.
