Éric Gasset

Éric Gasset has a BS in animal production, majoring in aquaculture. He has worked for over twenty-five years at Ifremer where he has become specialised in animal production science applied to fish farming. After working on fish from temperate waters (sea bass and sea bream), he joined the Pacific oceanology centre to develop fish farming in Polynesian lagoons based on Platax orbicularis, a fish with high economic potential.
