  • How do I create an account / log in to my account ?

Click on the "LOG IN" button in the top right corner. A new page opens : below it, click on "Sign up for free" (or enter your email and password if you already have an account).

Fill in the requested information and click on "Confirm".

  • I forgot my password

Click on the "LOG IN" button in the top right corner, then, click on "Forgotten password ?". Fill in your email adress and click on "Continue". An email will be sent to you with the steps to follow in order to reset your password.

  • It is my first order on www.quae.com

  • I would like to pre-order a book

You can pre-order some of our books in order to receive them as soon as they are published. To do so, choose the Paperback or the Hardcover format and add it to cart.

A pre-ordred book is marked like this : "Pre-order : available from xx/xx/xx".

Your item will be send on its sale date .

The shipping costs for pre-ordered books are €1 for a delivery in the metropolitan France.

  • I can't order a published book and a pre-ordered book at the same time

For technical reasons, it is impossible to validate a cart with both pre-ordered and published books. You will need to do two separates carts for each books.


Shipping

  • What are the shipping costs ? 

In metropolitan France, the charge for parcel post delivery is €5 per book. Add €1 for each additional book. The delivery charges are €1 for every order over eleven copies (delivered in one batch, excluding special offers).

For international or overseas parcel post prices, please consult our General Terms & Conditions of Sale or contact our customer service at serviceclients@quae.fr.

  • When will I receive my order ?

Our orders are shipped within 48 h (business days) and delivered by parcel post in 48 h (business days) in metropolitan France.

Overseas deliveries take five to seven business days and international deliveries take four to eight days business days.


Issues encountered after purchase

  • I cannot manage to download my digital book (ePub, PDF). What should I do?

Log in to your account and click on "My Media Center". On the page that opens, click on "Download the file". If the download does not seem to start automatically, check that the digital book is not in the “Downloads” file on your PC.

If you have downloaded an ePub, you should ideally read it on a tablet using a reader such as Play Books.

If you are reading the ePub on your PC, we advise using ePub Reader in Mozilla or Readium in Chrome.

  • I need a copy of my invoice

Log in to your account and click on "My orders". Then click on the "Invoice" button. Your invoince will automatically be downloaded.
