Dr Florence Forget is Director of Research at INRAE and head of the Mycology and Food Safety (MycSA) research unit. Research performed at MycSA aims to decipher the mechanisms governing the contamination of agricultural food commodities with mycotoxins and to define preventive solutions to limit fungal development and mycotoxin production as well as biological agents capable of degrading these toxins.
