This document deals with the relationships between big and medium-size supermarkets and small and medium-size enterprise (SME) partnerships involving products linked to a specific site. These proposals are discussed within the framework of a medium-range theory at the level of the agricultural sector. However, the development of an individual project by the manager of an SME can only be carried out collectively. The theory of ago-antagonistic regulation accentuates the role played by quality in this strategic cohesion process.
