For part of their catalog, Quæ has chosen print-on-demand, a printing technique that makes it possible to meet readers’ requests without storing copies. The book is printed as a single copy, upon the reader’s order. By eliminating stored inventory, this technique helps reduce the environmental footprint of books. It also makes it possible to keep older titles available, sometimes long out of print for many years.
Delivery takes place within 1 to 2 weeks in mainland France.
